The HASK MLADOST are pleased to announce the 14th Mladost trophy 2013, an international competition in figure skating for Senior Ladies and Men, Junior Ladies and Men, Advance Novices, Novices“B“, Novices “A“, Cubs , Chicks and Pairs Skating category Novices and Junior.
The competition will be conducted in accordance with ISU Regulations 2010., and all pertinent communications for figure skating.
All competitors must be eligible persons in accordance with ISU Rule 102 and must meet the participation, citizenship and residency requirements in ISU rule 109 and communication n°1117.
All skaters who do not have nationality of the Member by which they have been entered or who, although having such nationality, have in the past represented another Member, must produce an ISU clearance certificate.
PLACE AND DATES
The competition will be held in Zagreb, from March 22th till 24th, 2013.
All competition events and practice sessions will take place in the rink 60 X 30 meters of the Ice Rink “Velesajam“ - Jožefa Antala bb - 10 000 Zagreb.
Every ISU member can enter a maximum of 6 skaters distributed in categories senior, junior, ladies and men with or without any participation in pairs skating.
Every ISU member can enter pairs with or without any participation at singles categories.
Entries of competitors and of nominated judges must be made by clubs or national associations on the designated form.
HASK Mladost reserves the right to limit the number of competitors and judges, if need be, and to enter more competitors in every category.

All entries must contain:
o full name of competitors / judge / team leader
o dates of arrival and departure (car ; train ; flight…)
Entries have to reach organizers not later than February 25th, 2013.

€ (Euro) 40,00 for Novice Advanced , Junior and Senior per person
€ (Euro) 70,00 for Pairs per pair/couple
Your ID-Card is valid for the free entry to the Ice rink Velesajam duration of the event. Please wear the Id –Card visible at all the times.
ID- Card will begin at the ice rink on Friday March, 22rd 2013, at 07.00.
Travel, board and accommodation expenses have to be paid by the participants.
PANEL OF JUDGES:
Each invited Member entering the competition is entitled to nominate judge.
The Panels of judges will consist of five (5) judges (in the list of the international judges). The Organizer will draw the panel of judges after the closing of entries. The concerned Member will then be notified of the result of the draw.
Organizers will provide rooms and meals for all Judges, Referees, Technical Controllers, Technical Specialists and DVRO participating, beginning with dinner on Thursday March 21rd, 2012 until dinner on Sunday 24th, 2013.
Should any of them arrive at the hotel before or stay longer than the period described above, their room costs and meals will be the responsibility of the individual and must be paid by themselves, except if an arrangement has been made with the organizers.
Referees, TC, TS and DVRO expenses will be refunded by organizers on the site.
o The winner each category will be classified:
1., 2., 3. Place: Cup or medal, diploma
o All participants: diploma
Music must be recorded on CDS or MDS and must be handed over to organizers at registration. The music must be of a good quality and labelled clearly with the name of competitors, their category and country.
All music will be returned to the team leader by the end of the competition at the ice rink.
PLANNED PROGRAM CONTENT
With the entry forms, the “Program Content Sheet” must be returned to the Organizing Committee in time. It is mandatory that the Program Content Sheet must be filled in precisely by each Skater in English using the terminology for the elements listed in the respective ISU Communication.
INSURANCE / LIABILITY
In accordance with Rule 119, it is the sole responsibility of each Member participating in the Mladost rophy, to provide medical and accident insurance for their athletes, officials and all other members of the member’s team. Such insurance must assure full medical attendance and also the return to the home country by air transport or by other expeditious means of the ill or injured person.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for or liability with respect to bodily or personal injury or property damage incurred in connection incurred by Competitors or Officials. The Organizer will provide Medical Emergency Aid during the Competition.
